Objective
The Digital Transformation department of Francisco de Vitoria University needed a group visual identity. It is a large number of coworkers and the director wanted everybody to feel part of the process and connected to the final graphic image. It had to keep the essence of the university brand and be unique at the same time.

I developed next to the Creative Director a consultancy process which included training in creative techniques, workshops applying design methods and a full rebranding of their department, based on the conclusions of the previous work with the members of the department. It was a three month co-creation process where each of us contributed to the brand resolution.
Position played: Service Design Consultant and Lead Graphic Designer

All together, and through a design methodology, we developed a board based on the values they feel connected to as a group.
From the concepts we got in the previous board, we divided the department in groups and they developed two sketches that would help us to be closer to them and internalize their philosophy and way to work.
They voted which ones represented better their essence, so that we star to work on them.
We made three brand proposals basing on the best sketches chosen and explained them, not just to the management team, but to the whole department, so that they could understand the process we had lead.
